Joy Webb Raper
Joy Webb Raper grew up in Texarkana, Texas, and attended Texarkana Junior College and Baylor University. She has two daughters, Ann, who works for GMAC, and Bitsy, who teaches high school math. And she has two grandsons, one in high school, and the other a student at NCU at Chapel Hill. Joy is a member of North Carolina Genealogical Society; Guildford County, North Carolina, Genealogical Society; Duplin County, North Carolina, Historical and Genealogical Society; Sevier County, Arkansas, Genealogical Society; Sevier County, Arkansas, Historical Society; Arkansas Genealogical Society; and Georgia Genealogical Society.
