Here's a typical small-town listing from the book, the one for Evening Shade. For a village with a population of only 325 souls, it lists a surprising number of folks. No directory is perfect, however. T.I. Herrn, in this entry, is shown as T.I. Herm. Spelling didn’t count; but as a creative art form, it was alive and well.
